BCL Glove Ltd would like to inform you how we use the information we collect when you visit our website. This Pivacy policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, shared and handled when you use our site.

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you make a purchase from our online shop, we collect the personal information that you provide to us, sush as your name, address and email address. We also collected personal information that you provide to us when you, for example, complete an online form to send us questions or comments, enter a contest or respond to a survey. When you browse our shop, we also automatically receive your computer's internet protocol (IP) address and information about the browser and operating system you are using.

EMAIL MARKETING (IF APPLICABLE)

With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

HOW DO WE OBTAIN YOUR CONSENT ?

When you provide us with your personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, schedule a delivery, track an order, return a purchase, send us questions or comments, enter a contest or respond to a survey, we assume that you consent to our collection and use of your information for this purpose only. If we ask you to provide us with your personal information for any other reason, such as for marketing pruposes, we will ask you directly for your express consent and we will give you the opportunity to refuse.

We may disclose your personal information if requiered by law or if you violate our General Conditions of Sale and Use.

ONLINE STORE

Our shop is hosted by Mdf commerce. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that enables us to sell you our products.  

PAYMENT : If you make your purchase through a direct payment gateway, then Mdf commerce will store your credit card information. This information is encrypted in accordance with the Payment Card Industry data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Information relating to your purchase transaction is kept as long as necessary to finalize your order. Once your order is finalised, the information relating to the purchase transaction is deleted. PCI-DSS requirements enable our shop and our service providers to securely process credit card data. For more information, please see the Mdf commerce Terms of Service and Privacy policy. 

SERVICES PROVIDED BY THIRD PARTIES

In general, the third party suppliers we use will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to perform the services they provide to us.  However, some third party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies regarding the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase transactions. With respect to these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies carefully so that you can understand how they will handle your personal information. It is important to recall that some suppliers may be located or have facilities located in a jurisdiction different from yours or ours. Therefor, if you decide to complete a transaction that requires the services of a third party provider, your information may then be subject to the laws of jurisdiction in which that provider is located or those of the jurisdiction in which its facilities are located. For example, if you are located in Canada and your transaction is processed by a payment gateway located in the United States, your personal information that was used to complete the transaction could be disclosed under the laws of the United States, including the USA PATRIOT Act. Once you leave our shop website or are redirected to a third party website or application,  you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or by our website's General Conditions of Sale and Use.

SECURITY

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to ensure that it is not lost, misappropriated, accessed, disclosed, altered or inappropriately destroyed. If you provide us with your credit card information, it will be encrypted using the SSL, protocol and stored with AES-256. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and apply additional standards generally accepted by the industry.

By using this site, you declare that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, and that you have given us your consent to allow any person of minor age in your care to use this website.

We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately after their publication on the website. If we make changes to the content of this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you know what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we disclose it if there is reason to do so. If our store is acquired by or merged with another company, your information may be transfered to the new owners so that we can continue to sell products to you.
